Terms of Use for BetLabel Players

These terms set out what we expect from our players and what our players can expect from us. They apply to every account opened with BetLabel from Canada and everywhere else we accept registrations.

Eligibility

We may ask for proof of age and identity at any point, including before a withdrawal is processed, and we will suspend any account where we reasonably believe the holder is under 19. One account is permitted per person, per household and per payment method. Accounts opened using false information, a false date of birth or someone else's identity documents will be closed and any balance forfeited.

Your Account
- Keep your password private and log out on shared or public devices.
- All activity on your account, authorised or not, is treated as your own unless you report a breach to us immediately.
- Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, lend or share login credentials.
- We may request identity verification (KYC) documents including photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership at any time.
- We reserve the right to limit, suspend or close an account where we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, underage play or a breach of these terms.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Every bonus, free spin offer or promotional credit made available at BetLabel carries its own wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits and expiry window. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms
All BetLabel accounts operate in Canadian Dollars. We accept Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, MuchBetter and iDebit, as detailed on our Payments page. Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice in the online gaming sector. We may request additional verification before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time payouts or unusually large amounts.

We do not charge our own fee for standard withdrawals, though your bank, card issuer or crypto network may apply charges outside our control. Funds credited to an account in error, whether by system fault or human error, remain our property and will be deducted, including from any winnings generated using those funds.
